The Special Assistant to the President will provide high-level administrative support to the President of the company and serve as a key point of contact for the President and other top executives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for the President
- Manage and prioritize the President's email and correspondence
- Prepare and edit high-level presentations, reports, and other documents
- Act as the primary point of contact for the President with other executives, employees, and external stakeholders
- Handle confidential and sensitive information and maintain discretion at all times
- Assist with special projects and perform other duties as needed
- Coordinate and manage the President's calendar and schedule to ensure efficient use of time.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as an executive assistant or in a similar role
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Proven ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work with a wide range of individuals.
Pay Scale: ₤123,000
